Leoran is a photography business management platform that connects photographers, photo/video editors, and album labs. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

All user data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, protected by encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). Access is controlled by Firestore Security Rules — you can only read and write your own data. Profile verification documents are stored in Firebase Storage with restricted access.
To delete your account or exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above. We respond within 48 hours and process deletions within 30 days.
Leoran is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via an in-app message or push notification. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance.

All payments are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited. By making a payment in the app, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
For disputes about in-app purchases (Pro Plan, Verification Fee), contact us at the email above within 7 days of the transaction.
Leoran is a platform that connects service providers with their clients. We do not employ photographers, editors, or lab operators, and we do not guarantee or endorse the quality of services delivered by any user. Users are responsible for independently evaluating service providers before booking.
Leoran is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from disputes between users, service delivery failures, or technical outages.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Your data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the app after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance.
